Welcome to Treatdeck ("we", "us", or "our"). Treatdeck is a digital platform that allows users to create and share presentation links ("Decks"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Treatdeck at treatdeck.link and any associated applications or services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You may only create and share decks for projects or clients you're genuinely involved with or authorised to represent. Don't use company names, brand names, or trademarks in your deck titles, links, or project pages unless you have permission to do so.
Treatdeck reserves the right to remove or disable any links that misrepresent your relationship with a brand or organisation, or that could cause confusion about who's behind the work. Repeated or deliberate misuse may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
You may invite collaborators to view or manage specific Decks. When you share access or transfer ownership, you remain responsible for any content or actions linked to your account until ownership is fully transferred. Treatdeck isn't liable for any loss, edits, or misuse by collaborators or recipients you've added.
When ownership is transferred, the new owner assumes full responsibility for the Deck and any associated content.
If you cancel your account, your Decks and account data may be deleted or archived after a short retention period. We may keep basic non-personal records (such as link metadata or analytics) for backup, billing, and security purposes. You can export a record of your projects before closing your account.
Do not use Treatdeck to mislead, impersonate, or exploit others. This includes "holding links hostage," misusing collaborator access, or blocking rightful owners from their projects. Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the Service may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.
Decks often embed or redirect to third-party platforms such as Google Slides, Canva, or Adobe InDesign. We do not control or guarantee these external services. Any issues with third-party content, availability, or permissions are outside Treatdeck's responsibility.
Treatdeck offers subscription plans (Free, Plus, Pro) with varying limits on active Decks and features. Fees are billed via Stripe. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Your subscription begins when payment is processed and renews automatically until cancelled. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time in account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately (pro-rata charges/credits may apply). Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided only where required by law or as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you move to a plan with fewer deck slots, ensure you meet the new limit before the change takes effect; excess decks may be removed automatically.
Treatdeck may release features in early access or beta form. Features may change, be withdrawn, or move between plan tiers at any time. We'll always aim to communicate major changes clearly and in advance where possible.
The Service, software, and branding are owned by the operator. You retain ownership of your Deck content. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display your Decks solely to operate the Service.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of analytics. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
